Alissa (she/her/they) started A Kitchen Mouse in January 2022 as a way to build something better and find more creativity. A Kitchen Mouse specializes in locally made, creative, carb-filled confections. We make inventive breads, delicious cookies, and sweet treats. And we’re always looking for more ways to use butter!
